For Sale

This definitely makes me sad. After a year and half in our home we have decided to sell it! On to grander adventures. We developed this dream of building another home + a duplex for rental income. Slowly but surely we have taken the steps to make this dream a reality! Because who doesn't love moving?? In the last 12 years I have moved 8 times. We have been married for 7.5 years in the same treasure valley yet haven't lived anywhere longer than 2 years so I guess I'm pretty used to moving. Even though our last 2 houses had a 5 year plan... I just go with the flow! Its going to be hard and super crazy but we figure we are young, our kids are young and not in school yet so if we are going to do it, now is the perfect time to move around a bunch so that when the kids do get established in a school its in a home & place we can really commit to. I can't yet picture where that will be but I know we will be happy there. We have truly loved living here and the great neighbors we have! Moving on is hard and scary but always great in the end.
