Happy birthday Daddy

I have to share this masterpiece I created for my chocolate-peanut butter-Reese's loving birthday boy!😋 It's so funny, I remember making cakes for the twins on their first birthday and they didn't turn out at all. It was so frustrating and discouraging I just had come to the conclusion that I would be the mom who bought birthday cakes and that would be fine. For some reason I decided to try again this year and I'm glad I did. This was so fun! Who knew I really enjoy making cakes? These two were the best of helpers and even better taste testers. We had lots of fun making the cake, and even more fun having our family over to eat the cake! We took a quick trip to Utah to visit some friends, attend a wedding, shop IKEA of course and we even got to be there for the birth of nephew #3! It was so fun to play with friends and cousins and stop by the Falls on the way home. It was breathtaking! All that snow we got this year sure made these falls an incredible sight! We also got to see baby girl and get a little update, she was being stubborn and our last appointment. This ultrasound picture cracks me up... she's just got all the room in the world in there! Kicking back to juuuuust relax. Feeling better and better and enjoying that second trimester "honeymoon phase" while it lasts!
